Our wonderful 12 year old black Lab has a real problen walking. His hips are almost completely gone. All he wanted to do was lay around the house. To go outside my husband would have to carry him and then hold him up. He weighs 110 pounds so that was a starin on my husband as well as Rocky. Now when Rocky sees the bottom up leash he sits up and wants to go out. He walks outside and even tries to go up & down the steps. When he's outside he walks around and lets us know when he wants to come in. Thank you so much for giving us our best friend back.

The product it's self is just fine. However Entirely Pets completely dropped the ball on my order. I followed their instructions for overnight shipment (because my dog was having emergency knee surgery and I needed it to bring him home) and it failed to show up. I called, they couldn't explain it and told me now that it was Friday I would probably have it on Monday. They offered NOTHING to help me, couldn't locate a manager to assist me and then sent me a bogus email with a promise of Saturday delivery - the item arrived at 5pm on Monday and when I called to make sure that I wasn't charged for shipping they promised to have a supervisor call me back about it and one never did.

I purchased this product after using another walking harness sent home with my dog after back surgery. The other harness was difficult to put on and hindered his ability to go to the bathroom comfortably. The Bottom's Up Leash is easy to put on and lets my dog move comfortably while giving him support as needed.

Bottom's Up Leash did not include adquate instructions. Padding has to be velcroed around the harness. Velcro leaves edges that easily tangle on a dog with long hair. Padding should be sewn and installed on the harness prior to purchase eliminating the velcro.
