This stuff works great. I give it to my dog right before I am going to take him out because the fleas just drop off, You can give it everyday but I don't. In the summer I give it more frequently. The vet told me not to use flea shampoo when I use this.

My sons house has 5 dogs and 1 cat. It got infested with fleas. I gave Capstar a chance after all the other products I tried and they failed, but Capstar did what it said it would do. All fleas gone. I would recommend this to everyone..

I have a Groom shop in Texas. I love the capstars for many reasons. One it helps with not spreading fleas in the shop. It works fast!! I can give it to all the dogs and cats. Its safer than Dip plus no smell. It's not that hard to give and if we have a difficult Dog normally cheese or peanut butter does the trick. If all else fails I crush it and mix with a small amount of water and put it in a suringe. Most of my clients prefer it over a stinky Dip. It's just a great product all around. Only thing I wish is it worked on ticks. Other than that it's awesome. Oh and they can use it with the regular flea treatments instead of waiting a week so the dogs won't get reinfested.

I have a rescue and have dogs transport from the south. They usually come with fleas. I started using Capstar about 4 years ago and now before the new pups enter the rescue they are treated with Capstar. You can see the fleas dropping off them and along with K9 Advantix II keeps my rescue flea free.

I bought this product to help get ahead of a flea problem with my indoor only cats. Once the fleas were inside, it was taking FOREVER to get rid of them again. Capstar is a little extra nudge to get them the heck out of your life! Anything that will do that is top notch in my book!!!

The product claims to kill live fleas on your pet within minutes and it does that. However it does not kill the eggs or larvae or fleas in the environment such as in your carpets or in dog bedding. I have had to give a pill about everyday until the flea problem was under control. I just purchased Program once a month flea prevention in pill form to use with the Capstar. Program prevents flea eggs from hatching. I'm hoping between the 2 products no more fleas. I should mention that we are in a warm climate year round.

Capstar works very well when used with Frontline, Advantage, or Program to help keep my pets flea free.

We have 1 dog and 6 cats, gave them all Capstar 2 and a half hours ago, they scratched like crazy about a half hour to an hour after, the fleas were crawling off them and dying. It was the craziest thing we ever saw, now all my animals are resting and hardly itching at all. It is the greatest stuff i have ever used, we are also using Program along with it. I recommend this product to anyone who has a pet with a flea problem. Seems our pets will have a peaceful nights sleep tonight.

Works great to get rid of adult fleas for 24 hours. It helps get a handle on fleas in addition to topicals.

Bought Capson after reading the reviews. Our cats were infested with fleas this year. Capson gave them immediate relief. We didn't want to use the spot medication or a flea collar because my one cat had scratched her neck badly. I thought it would sting. This was the best option I had to get rid of these fleas. It works!

Capstar works fast, but the effects pass so quickly that fleas can bite even later the same day. It would be good if the label said how long its supposed to work. I used it with Program, but that only kills the eggs, so its really a process. In self defense I got Frontline too, which vaguely worked. Gads. I'm trying not to bomb the house and yard. I really hate fleas.
