Instructions for use: Rinse filter under running water to remove an excess carbon dust and place into designated area of fountain. Replace filter every 3 weeks or when there are visible signs of the filter saturated with foreign matter (debris, food, hair etc.). More frequent changes may be necessary due to indoor environmental and water conditions, as well as multiple pet use.

I've used the Catit fountain for a year now, my cats love it and I was surprised when I couldn't find the filters for the fountain in stores anymore. What a life saver you all were, you had them in stock and they arrived so quickly. My cats are once again sipping happily from their fountains! We bought two of these because it was a close out and I wanted to make sure we could get a replacement filter. I saw the web site later on, I am lazy, and was pleased that the filters are available.
