When I first gave my cats this toy they were not interested in it...then one day I heard one of them playing with something and went in to the next room and he was going nuts playing with this...tossing it in the air and just having a good time.
They both are now playing with it.

My cat is 3 yrs old and he LOVE these flippers!!!!!!!
Wouldn't even try it
My cats didn't like this. I have 2 new kittens, 9 months old, that love to play with bag ties or plastic milk rings and I thought they would like these but they totally ignored them. I think they are too thick and bulky.
Ok, not great

I was more excited about them than the cats. 8 foster cats were minimally interested in them. At least when I accidently step on them at night they don't hurt like the plastic balls.
Nah, not so hot !

I bought a package, took one out and it just stayed on the floor. My cats love to push a piece of paper around more than this little thing. Mind you I haven't seen it for days so either someone swallowed it ( just kidding) or I will find it when the vacuum cleaner sucks it up,
and I have to take the vacuum in for repair. :(
Seemed cheap enough to try it out on them but didn't get my Kitty~Kats attention !

Both my cats really didn't know what to do with these. I was disappointed but who can say what your cat will like. Most of the time they are content with just something around the house!

These plastic "army tank tread-like" rings are too heavy to flip and fly when hit with a paw. They didn't spark any hunting instincts in my cats, who completely ignored them. A plastic milk bottle cap ring generates more interest.
