Helps keep tartar from forming on my dogs teeth.
I'm impressed with this product
This product was recommended to me by my son who got it from his vet. Based on his comments it help his dog and two cats with their bad breath. I have an older dog with bad breath resulting from his bad teeth. So far this has been a win/win situation. His beath has improved and hopefully his teeth won't get any worse.
Good Dental Care Product
from Phoenix, AZ02/01/2012
My vet recommended I use AquaDent in addition to brushing teeth and the prices at Entirely Pets are the best I found. I mix a quart each morning and put in their water bowl. I have noticed less tartar buildup since I started using.
Outstanding customer service and pricing.
I saved over $5.00 on C.E.T. aquadent and payed no shipping fee to boot! This is the same product as sold by my Veternarian. "It feels good any time you can get what you need, and save money too!"

I have used this product for several years to save on dental cleanings for my cats with TERRIFIC results. We went from once a year on each cat to over several years now. On our visits when the Vet checks their mouths, I always remind her we are on AquaDent, and she says "Great." The price is so much cheaper than buying from my Vet's office. I am very, very pleased, and it sure helps my budget!
very good purchase
My dog's just love it. It does help keep there teeth clean. I have been using this product for many years. I would highly recommend this product to any one.
from Ruther Glen, VA03/11/2013
Since we started my pet on AquaDent, her teeth and gums look much better.
C.E.T. Aquadent for bad dog breath
It helps - not a cure. Seems expensive given that it's a continuous treatment.
So easy to use, very convenient. I believe this is another excellent way to help keep my dogs' teeth healthy.
from CET AquadentHighly
The only negative comment I have is: be sure to follow the dilution instructions on the bottle and remember to change the water bowl everyday. At the correct dilution, the pet will not notice the mint/strange-to-them flavor. Brushing is best, but this is a good alternative, especially if combined with other dental care activities/products by CET.
I was able to purchase this product for almost half of what my vet was charging for it. The product has helped my dogs breath tremdously!

Product is very effective in helping to prevent plaque build -up on cat's teeth.
It also keeps their breath fresh.
I'm totally happy with it.
Danger - Xylitol Toxic to Dogs
See ASPCA's Web Site for Top 10 Toxic Substances. They list Xylitol as toxic to dogs, yet it is an ingredient in this product. Another reviewer mentions this, yet somehow that review gave this product 5 stars??
Easy to use
from Lula, GA04/23/2013
I thought when I bought this that it would be a waste of money. But my dogs still drink their water just as usual. Putting this in their water and brushing their teeth have helped alot with their breath and the looks of their teeth.
Combine this with regular brushing and some CET chews on occasion, I never have to have their teeth cleaned!
from Centennial, CO09/18/2011
I dont care how small the company says is the concentration, why would they include an ingredient that's poisonous to dogs in a product for dogs!! Why would Entirelypets.com sell such a product?!?
No Luck - Might be for the best.
I have tried several times to introduce this rinse to my two girl kittys' water bowl in a very, very diluted fashion with no success. Both went on strike and won't get near the water bowl. I'll have to admit too that in retrospect, I am not so sure adding these chemicals to their drinking water is all that great an idea anyway. If your Vet recommends you try it as mine did, I would suggest to him/her that they carry this product along with their other pet food & supplies (my Vet does not) and for a small fee, allow you to try a sample before you invest $19 like I did. I think we will stay chemical free. Would not be the first time I have come to the conclusion that my animal friends have way better common sense than most humans I know.
Not good for cats
i though it would be suitable for a cat but the smell, color, and i am guessing taste are such that a cat won't go near it...wasted my money big time
I've used this for years, and it really works. I paid a lot more at the vet ($22 or $24). I'm so glad I found this product at entirelypets.com. I still brush my dogs teeth and supplement with the rinse.
He drinks his water with no problem and his
Breath is nice
While I am sure brushing Molly's teeth would have been the best way to go, I think using Aqua Dent is very helpful in reducing the amout of buildup on her teeth. It's easy to use, she seems to have no objection to it and I have noticed her breath is fresher. When you are 14 years old (91 by our standards) you don't need any hassles.

I was going to use this product, but then saw the Xylitol. Why do manufacturers include toxic substances in their products? I decided not to even try it. Very disappointing.
C.E.T. AquaDent- good stuff
My veterinarian first gave me a bottle of this when one of my cats had dental problems. It heals minor soreness, and really makes a difference in bad breath issues. It won't take the place of regular dental care, but seems to speed healing.
no more morning breath!
seems to be working great! he no longer has that nasty fishy smelling breath!
DO NOT GIVE THIS TO YOUR PET
from Houston, TX12/19/2012
Xylitol, which is one of the ingredients in C.E.T. AquaDent is toxic to pets and can cause serious side effects and even death. My Vet recommended it and evidently they are unaware of this information, so I am informing them along with any pet owners I know, not to add this to their pets drinking water.
great for greyhounds
I have had greyhounds for many years, and they all have a serious problem with tartar and plaque on their teeth. Although this does not eliminate the problem, it does do a very good job of keeping the buildup on their teeth less.
There is NO way I would even try this product because it has ZYLITOL in it. I lost one of my pomeranians to zylitol a few years ago and I would not wish that experience on my worst enemy. Not all dogs would be affected by the amount used in this product but why take a chance on your dog? I wish the manufacturers would take it out and replace it with something that is not harmful to ANY animal. Here is a pic of the baby that lost her life to ZYLITOL.

My elderly german shepherd's breath had become quite unbearable, for unknown reasons!A discussion with our veterinarian suggested that we try this product. I only put a few drops in the water, and seen amazing results, within a weeks time. We have 2 other dogs and a cat, that have benefited as well.
Great breath freshener
from Hebron, KY06/29/2012
We use this additive to help our dogs with their breath and it really works.
They are not fond of drinking the treated water. I serve their dry food with a little water, make it like cereal, including the CET additive. They get some at each meal. I give the CET chews twice a week. No build-up of tartar occurs - for the most part - it makes a big difference. I brush their teeth as needed too, maybe once a month. It works for me.
It helped my dogs
My dogs had to get their teeth cleaned really often, until my vet recommended this product.
Vet recommended - very effective. I buy this again whenever I run out.
Great for dog breath
from Hebron, KY11/10/2011
Our Chia-pom is not a chewer, so her breath isn't the best. Our vet recommended adding this to the water & it has helped so much. It's an awesome product.
My dental vet specialist recommended this for my dogs after having their teeth cleaned.
by Recommended by my vet.
from Aloha MamaIt
Good product. We put in the dogs water every day. One of our dogs has bad gingivitis and it seems to help with her breath.
from Roselle, Illinois11/25/2012
It's undetectable by our dogs in their drinking water. Improves their breath almost instantly.
Waste of money!!
My 2 small dogs hated the taste and would not drink any water with this product in it!
I feared dehydration so had to stop it after only 2 days.
One of our larger dogs had such bad breath he practically knocked us off our feet. In addition, he had lots of plaque on his teeth. The vet would not do dental work on him because of his health and she suggested this product. It has been magical. His bad breath is completely gone and in addition, most of the plaque that yellowed his teeth has also disappeared, we can hardly believe those bright white teeth belong to our darling "Love."
Dog got cramps/diarrhea

Our vet gave us a sample of this product when my dog's teeth were cleaned. All was fine until I used up the sample. By the time I started him on the bottle I purchased, I couldn't continue using it. My dog was getting up several times at night to go outside. I think it's the Xylitol artificial sweetener. It did make his breath fresher & it's supposed to cut down on tartar. He's 10 yrs. old & had trouble with anesthesia (blood pressure dropped during his teeth cleaning) so it's dangerous for him to get anesthesia again. I was trying to avoid getting his teeth cleaned so often but cannot use this product. I will have to try to brush his teeth (good luck!) It may be worth a try but my dog couldn't use it & I wasted my money.
My cat will not tolerate teeth brushing. With the help of Aquadent, special food, and Oravet her teeth are getting some cleaning.
This additive is a wonderful product. We've tried multiple other dental additives (that are cheaper) but we must say: You get what you pay for.
My dog is a picky drinker so don't know if your dog would drink the water.
Xylitol is toxic to dogs
by Susan Porter02/05/2009
It is now common knowledge that Xylitol is very toxic to dogs. It causes a dangerous drop in their blood sugar. It is incomprehensible that Virbac has Xylitol in this product. If it is in high enough concentration to disrupt the sugar metabolism of the periodontal microbs than I assure you it is bad for your dog. Why find out how big a dose is lethal?
You shipping is not the best for sure - my package went from California, to Nevada to INDIANA then back to Texas.
We have used this C.E.T. AquaDent for close to five years and Kali has never had bad breathe! And her teeth look great according to the Vet. The real bonus is that you can tell Kali loves the taste. Mmmm....minty fresh!
dogs drink it ok, and easy to use, I use 5cc's for the sheltie & 2 cc's for the pomeranian
It actually works
I've tried brushing, many water additives, chews, etc., with no luck when it came to my pups' breath. Nothing seemed to help. I tried the CET aquadent, and it has made a huge improvement in their breath and teeth. I still brush, but the tartar isn't building up so much now. The only negative is that the bottle is leaky.
I also have used this on both of my Yorkies for (7) years and I feel it really works on my Dog's teeth.
No dentals needed
from Houston, TX02/12/2013
I use for all of my dogs. None have needed dentals since I started to use it.
Doggie Dental Product
My vet suggested this product so we tried it. Our dogs love it and it seems to help!
I love this stuff. It really makes doggy breath so much better. We've been using it for years.

WITH THE AQUA DENT AND CET TREATS MY DOGS TEETH ARE SPARKLY WHITE
C.E.T. Aqua Dent
My first bottle purchased came from our vet. I was so pleased to see the much more reasonable price on your web site. I know I'll continue being a customer.
from Parker, Colorado07/18/2012
My mom puts this in my water bowl to help clean my teeth and to keep my Corgi kisses sweet!
Dogs don't even know
by Farm Chick
Recommended by vet for dental care. Was afraid my dogs would smell it or taste it in water and not drink. They have no idea it is there, hopefully it really works!
Easy to use on the animals, effective when you cannot brush their teeth!
Great for bad breath
from Hebron, KY02/02/2013
We use this to help our dogs that are not big chewers. This additive to their water really helps with their breath.
Worked on Bad Breath!
by Louis' Mom08/05/2012
I bought the rinse for his teeth and also for a little bad breath he had developed. I was wary that he wouldn't drink his water with the medication in it but he drank it right up. By the second day his bad breath had disappeared! I can only hope it is doing as well cleaning his teeth too.
C.E.T. Aqua Dent
This is a liquid added to your dog's water - 1/2 tsp per day to 16 oz of frest water. Recommended to me by my Vet to help protect my Poodle's teeth. It works.
Very satisfied customer
It was recommended that I use C.E.T. AquaDent in my dog's drinking water because of a severe tartar problem. The AquaDent definitely does the job, because a year after his last denter and the recommendation from the vet for use of this product, his teeth are still in very fine shape, which they would definitely not be without it.

This product helps maintain my dog's good dental health and so I don't have to have his teeth cleaned every year. And he can't tell there's anything in his water!
Brushing pet teeth can be dangerous.
from Hartford, Ct.11/18/2012
Although my vet says "I wouldn't keep telling you to brush your dogs, cats's teeth if I didn't mean it", he sold me my first bottle of C.E. T. Aquaderm. Then he stopped carrying it. I was happy to find it at EntirelyPets. I no longerf have to buy band ades in bulk.
My pets teeth appear white and clean. Just a few drops in their water is all it takes. It is invisable and without smell. Alot easier thantrying to hold a squirming (biting and clawing) animal.
