Administration:
The suggested initial dose for a horse under 600 lbs is 2 scoops of powder in the AM and 2 scoops of powder in the PM. For horses over 600-1,200 lbs use 3 scoops of powder in the AM and 3 scoops of powder in the PM. For horses over 1200 lbs give 4 scoops in the AM and 4 scoops in the PM. The initial administration period is 4 to 6 weeks. However, responses can be seen in as few as 2 weeks. After achieving a good response, the total daily amount can be reduced by 1 level scoop each week. The suggested maintenance dose is 1 scoop daily for a horse under 600 lbs. Give 1-2 scoops daily for a horse 600-1200 lbs and 2 scoops daily for a horse over 1200 lbs. The amount can be increased at any time to maintain the desired comfort level.
