1. Shake product well
2. Remove excess debris
3. Apply 6-8 inches from soiled area; NEVER DILUTE
4. For stain removal, work in with a soft brush; wait 2-3 minutes
5. for odor removal, spray and wait 10 minutes
6. Blot area with a clean, dry towel
