DOUXO Seborrhea Spot-on is for the treatment of localized lesions, otitis externa, or when shampooing is not an option. Unlike other shampoo-only protocols, DOUXO Seborrhea Spot-on adds another dimension of treatment when combined with DOUXO Seborrhea Shampoo. DOUXO Seborrhea Spot-on with 1% PS provides efficacy with minimal handling of the pet and minimal manipulations of medication for the owner. For use in the ear, apply the product after cleansing with DOUXO Micellar Solution. Do not swallow – avoid contact with the eyes. Each box contains 25 pipettes.
Application: Apply once a week for 3-4 weeks.
For generalized seborrheic conditions:
Apply in 2 or 3 spots (shoulders and lumbar area) once a week for 3-4 weeks
• 1 pipette for cat or dog of less than 44 lbs (20 kg)
• 2 pipettes for a dog between 44-99 lbs (21 kg and 45 kg)
• 3 pipettes for a dog over 99 lbs (45 kg)

We use this product for our dog who has some congenital skin conditions and it really helps her heal. It was recommended by her dematologist and is effect. Use with the Douxo shampoo.

My 8yr old shitzue has been on this med since Oct.2010. Had a very severe ear infection in both ears. Vet flushed ears & put him on anti-biotic, ear ointment & then Douxo 1/4 tube each ear & also one drop on pads of feet weekly. A few weeks ago he started with staining on face around beard & top fur on feet, which he licks every day. Has never had stain-ing before. Pet store feels it may be the Douxo & did not think stain removers would help. Should I stop the Douxo.or contact the Vet. Have you had anyone with this problem after using Douxo on their pet for this length of time?
