Description
DOUXO S3 SEB Shampoo helps restore the skin barrier, control the local flora, and regulate the production of sebum. The moisturizing and film-forming agents of DOUXO S3 SEB Shampoo leave the hair soft and shiny.
Key Advantages
- Helps relieve your dog or cat of seborrhea, more commonly known as "greasy dandruff" and helps prevent rebound seborrhea. Some breeds are prone to this skin condition but with regular use you can make it better for your pet.
- It controls inflammation, doesn't contain any irritating ingredients, moisturizes and makes your pet smell wonderful.
- Helps restore the lipid barrier and the ceramide level so your pet's skin can function unobstructed.
- The shampoo eliminates excess sebum production and controls the sebum production such that people with allergies won't even be able to tell you have a pet.
- Manages all seborrhea types: seborrhea sicca, seborrhea oleosa and mixed seborrhea.

Active Ingredient: Phytosphingosine HCI 0.1%
Inactive Ingredients: Water, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Cocoglucoside, Coconut Alcohol, Cyclopentasiloxane, Acrylates/Steareth-20, Methacrylate Copolymer, Acrylates Copolymer, Triethanolamine, Polyquaternium-10, Phenoxyethanol, Polyperfluoromethylisopropyl Ether, Methylparaben, Fragrance, Polyquaternium 7, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methyl Isothiazolinone, Magnesium Nitrate, Magnesium Chloride.
Useful Information
Wet the animal with warm water and apply Douxo® Seborrhea dog and cat shampoo extensively on the fur to create a rich lather. Massage the shampoo into the wet, hair coat, lather freely. Allow shampoo to remain on the hair coat for 5 to 10 minutes before rinsing thoroughly with clean water. Repeat if needed.
Shampoo 2 to 3 times per week, for 1 to 2 weeks, or as directed by your veterinarian. May be used as part of a management plan as recommended by your veterinarian.

this was recommended and prescribed by my dogs dermatologist...this is definately not as good as my originally prescribed product...dermoscent essential 6 sebo shampoo by LDCA

Very effective without the unpleasant odour of other shampoos I have tried to treat this condition. With this and Spot On application, my dog no longer suffers from seborrhea. Highly recommend.

My Westie has a rare skin condition, epidermal dysplagia, and sheds her skin at an abnormal rate. She has gray doggie dandruff constantly and this does help to control it. Highly recommend it for issues like that.

Tried dozens of shampoos and conditioners with varying degrees of success. Only this shampoo completely solves the problem! Not only no more itchy, flaking skin but gorgeous, shinny coat too! We have been using this on our Border Collie/GSD rescue for 3 years and would NEVER choose to use anything else!

It helped our lovely little Chow so much. That and the mousse". She was losing her hair and between a wonderful vet, groomer and good little girl Chow she is doing great. She now has a beautiful coat, good color, no more bald spots. Even if she doesn't have any further problems I will continue to use this product for her.

Our dog has seborrhea and skin allergies. I bathe him with this product every 3 weeks to keep his skin free of issues and his coat shiny. I leave it on him for 15 minutes and then rinse well. It works very well, a little goes a long way and it smells great!

This shampoo has been very effective against my dog's scaley skin. She has lots of flakes falling and this shampoo has been the only one on the market that loosens up the flakes and helps them fall off during her bath. It also helps her from itching so much. Even better, it smells great and leaves her hair shiny and healthy looking. We haven't found anything close to the quality of this product so we're sticking with it! It's somewhat pricey but goes a long way. Highly recommend it!

My poor pup has seboreah and yeast problems and I was bathing him almost daily and he still smelled horrible and scratched himself all the time. He starts to itch now after about the fourth to fifth day and I have to bathe him again, but before even bathing him didn't help.

This seborrhea shampoo was recommended by my vet. It is very effective in controlling my dog's seborrhea which is one of the symptoms of Cushings disease. Entirely Pets charges a lot less for this product than my vet and it is delivered in just a couple of days after placing my order. It was packaged very well and arrived in perfect condition. Our vet sold us a small bottle of the douxo 1year ago for severe dander on our black lab. We love it so much we reordered it over and over again. It cleared up the dander and makes her fur so soft and shiney. It is very creamy and lathers up so well with easy rinse. Gentle shampoo with great results. My pug has suffered w/allergies-flaky itchy crusty skin for most of her 12 yrs. I have tried many many shampoos to try to relieve her. Most were prescribed by vet. This is the oNLY one we have used that cleared the itching, scratching flaky & loss of hairafter 2 or 3 shampoos. Definately the very best!

I had no idea my Westie had oily seborrhea until a groomer told me and recommended Douxo shampoo. I have given my dog 3 baths so far, and am already noticing that there is an improvement. His fur isn't oily, his blackened skin is becoming pinker, and he smells great. I wish I had known about this condition and this shampoo years ago.

Duoxo is a great shampoo for my Cooper's condition (sephorea) (sp) but is too expensive to buy frequently. I switch back and forth between Zymox and Duoxo to save money.

Our Keeshond suffered for years with a skin condition. We did everything the vet suggested (allergy food, medicated shampoo, clipping fur, meds) but nothing worked, and our sweet Casey was in constant agony. Although our vet had never used Douxo, he suggested that we order a bottle. It worked! After one shampoo, her skin condition cleared up. It was truly amazing. Of course we shared the results with our vet who was pleased after years of trial and error. We will continue to use Douxo.
