These work wonders on your pets coat if it it is dry and sometimes flaky .. she takes one a day you can spread the oil on dry food or put in peanut butter... Her coat is shiny and soft and no more flakes!!! I used to use fish oil and flax seed oil but it didn't seem to work ..

I initially tried this product through my vets office. My dog Jack was in the last stages of recovery after a long battle with IMHA. After weaning him off the meds, his undercoat fell out like crazy and his fur got so thin. He also had very dry skin coming off in patches all over his body, but mostly on his belly and chest. Not knowing if this was IMHA related or some other dermatologic condition, we tried this for his coat. Oh my gosh! He responded very well! Within a couple weeks, his undercoat was growing back at a fast rate and it is so soft and thick and he has no more flaky skin patches! He has made a dramatic recovery from his IMHA battle, but also recovered with this product in relation to his skin condition. He looks so healthy! I've put my other Border Collie, Fly on it. Although her skin and coat is good, I'm sure it will be even better and reduce shedding and flaking this winter. I have no problem in administering it by squeezing it over their dry food. I am very satisfied with this product!

My lab has allergies and the derm vet prescribed these caps. Better price through Entirely Pets. Seems to help with skin issues and keeping her healthy. The vet said it would build up a healthy skin barrier .

Our 9yr old Chocolate Lab started developing severe dandruff and was itching like crazy a few months ago. Our vet had given us another esential fatty acid pill to try and it wasn't doing much. I found these high potentcy efas online and she's been on them for a few weeks now. What a difference! She's finally not scratching and her dandruff has improved a lot. I'm sure it's only going to be better with continued use. I highly recommend this product.

This has totally changed my 9-year old Golden Retriever's skin and coat. She has problems with excessive oil which results in clogged hair follicles and then dry, flaky, dark patches as they heal. Don't tell a Lab owner "Labs don't shed". Because unless you're giving them Allerderm Efa-Caps the shedding is relentless all four seasons. Allerderm is by far the very best product that minimized shedding & keeps their coats looking great. We have 3 Labs (all 3 colors) that are indoor dogs. I was attending a Guide Dogs for the Blind function a couple of years ago & a board member reccomende the product. We tried it & never looked back. It's great!

I use Allerderm EFA caps for my Collie who has skin issues. I add it to her food on a daily basis. Her coat is shiny and it helps with the healing of the irritated spots. I notice a difference if I run out.
