EcoPure Tear Stain Pads are large, easy-to-use pre-moistened pads that use a gentle cleanser to help keep your pet's eye area clean and healthy and remove tear stains effectively, safely and gently. Safe for cats and dogs.
Most veterinarians agree that face staining results from excessive tearing. For pets, the wet face hair is a breeding ground for bacterial and yeast growth. The most common is "Red Yeast" which produces reddish-brown facial stains, and which may emit a moderate to noticeably strong odor. Tear ducts may become infected and result in excess tearing and noticeable staining.

Each pad is too thin and difficult to handle. But what is really negative is its greasy texture
It was really good by Norma from Columbus Ohio05/21/2013
I use it even now, a little greasy but it turns the brown pink and don't look half as bad. Best to use it before you give them a bath.

The smell of this product reminds me of rancid shortening! Tossed it!

Not at all what I expected. It's much too greasy and messy for my taste in a product to cleanse the eyes.
Don't waste your money, buy something that works by Grrrr from California08/01/2014
This product does do a great job of cleaning the dust, dirt and sand off my walkway, unfortunately all that is now sticking to the nose of my Bichon. This product is a greasy mess that only serves to attract dirt and does absolutely nothing to remove stains. I could have saved money by simply smearing cooking oil on his face. Pathetic!!! Had to bath him just to get the junk off.
Not a good product by Dutch from South Carolina08/06/2014
I believe this product did more harm than good. Instead of cleaning off eye stain and residue it actually seemed to cement it to his hair.
Not exactly helpful with tear staining by CC from Indiana03/30/2012
My American Bulldog has recently battled tear stains. I saw this product and thought I would give it a try. It has not done anything to reduce the stains, but it does loosen any debris thus making it easier to remove. This is more helpful for my Yorkie that has longer hair.
