Consumer Digest deemed this retractable leash with an ergonomic handle a Best Buy.The Soft Grip Handle provides extra comfort to your hands. Allows you to maintain control while giving your dog more freedom. Extends to 16 feet. It is for medium-size dogs up to 110 lbs.
Make sure that all parts of the leash and your dogs collar are in good condition and are not damaged, frayed, or broken
ATTACHING THE LEASH
Always use the enclosed safety collar in addition to your dogs collar as illustrated. The safety collar prevents snap-back if the dogs collar breaks, or if the leash disconnects from your dogs collar.
Attach the hook of the leash to the D-ring of your dogs collar.Never attach it to your dogs ID tag ring. That ring is not strong and will break.
Make sure that the hook is fully closed and securely attached to the collar D-ring and the rings of the safety collar.
DETACHING THE LEASH
Make sure your dog is under control. Fully retract the leash before detaching it.
WHAT TO DO IF THE CORD/TAPE/BELT GETS WET
Pull the cord/tape/belt out of the leash housing as far as it will go and lock the brake. Leave it to dry overnight in a place that is out of reach of children. When the cord/tape/belt is dry, carefully and slowly retract the leash to keep it under control.
USING THE LEASH
Always hold the leash by the handle, never by the cord/tape/belt You can also hold the hand loop with your other hand for extra control. Never tie leash around a tree, pole, or any other object.
To bring your dog nearer, follow these steps and never touch the cord/tape/belt:
Extend your arm forward and press the brake button.
Step toward your dog and at the same time bring your arm to your side.
Release the brake button and swing your arm towards the dog and press the brake button again

Leash is good but arrived in bad condition by Donnis04/14/2013
It must have been in the warehouse a long time - handle was scratached and the packaging was very dusty. I was disappointed.
Retractable Leash by Kim from Quakertown, PA03/16/2012
This is the second leash I bought. I have 2 dogs and already had one leash. I bought cheaper brands and they just didn't last, so I bought another from Entirely Pets and couldn't be happier. They have the most comfortable handle grips and are very easy to use.
Retractable Leash by AAI from Oklahoma City01/16/2015
These are the favorite leash of my Daughter and dog walkers. Tape is safer and they have been the longest lasting we have found.
Better than a cord Flexi by Raven from Seattle06/23/2014
The tape material is not as wide as the belt. I thought I was ordering the Comfort 3 belt Flexi because the name was the same as the ones I have previously purchased. If in an emergency you might grab ahold of the line, then buy the belt version.
Flexi Comfort 3 RetractableTape Leash by Dottye & Thom Pierce from Owens Cross Roads, AL08/09/2012
This purchase was a re-placement order for the same products which we have been using with our two Siberian Huskies for over 3 years. The leads have been outstanding products. Have just observed that Flexi has discontinued this product-their bad.
Best leash out there by Mickey from Somerset, Ma01/17/2012
This leash is highly durable and has an extremely comfortable grip. I have a golden retriever and we go for long walks and this allows her the freedom to roam but is easily retractable to shorten her leash immediately if needed.
old merchandise by truc from cumberland, md02/26/2013
the first two came, one would not retract well. It was no problem getting it replaced from Entirely pets, but when the replacement came, it was as bad as the bad one. I ended up shipping both back to Flexi, they replaced both. Flexi advised they were a few years old, "old stock".
Great product by loutown8808/18/2012
The tape leashes are the way to go. We had this same leash for 9 years and only recently had an issue with the retraction. So we bought a new one, but for 9 years hauling a 80-90lb. dog that likes to pull a lot, it's held up like a champ. I can't say enough good things about the leash. The price can't be beat either, the same leash in the pet stores are so expensive. We love everything about this leash!

Best Leash Out There! by cas11/29/2011
We have been using Flexi leashes for years and the tape leash is very sturdy. We have three dogs and love to walk them. The grip is very comfortable as well. Top notch like all the other products I have purchased through you. Thank you!
