I loved that this product was easily mixable in food and my cats loved it. But, my vet said that Flax is not what cats eat in the wild and the best way for cats to get Omega3 is through fish oil or salmon oil. Oils are a pain. The vet also said, this won't hurt them and since they like it, it's ok to continue.
