Best toy ever!! by
Linda01/04/2012I bought this for 2 cats we adopted last year, 7 and 8 year olds. One is very overweight and I wanted something to keep her moving more and this was the toy, she loves it and so does my other cat. They sit by the toy waiting for me to come by to turn it on for them.
Still waiting for gift by
Smokey's Mom12/20/2011I am sad because it won't get here till after Christmas. I spoke to a representative yesterday and they agreed to waive the shipping but I was wanting my cat to get it Christmas moring. Another girl where I work has one and from her description and experience I have given it a 5 stars even though I do not have it yet.
Great for kittens by
Sandy03/24/2012This item would be a great toy for kittens. Older cats may or may not be attracted to it. It's a bit pricey but if your kitten continue to love it then it's worth it.

Best cat toy we've ever bought by
Pet Mama from
Vineland, NJ01/02/2012Have only had this about a week, but they absolutely love it and ask for us to turn it on already, by staring at it and talking to us. We hang it out of their reach when we aren't here to supervise as there is a potential for a claw to be stuck, or the cat to break the toy. Like anything mechanical, you should at least be in the general area while using in case of a problem. We've had more laughs out of watching them this week than we have in months. The design is so simple I wonder that it wasn't invented before this. More like this, please.

Northern Illinois01/09/2012I think the product should be enticing to all cats, however, mine shows no interest at all. I haven't given up hope, each day I turn it on and try to lure her to it. She has slapped at the string one time..... So, there is hope.

Illinois01/11/2012I have a 'watching paint dry' cat and a chase everything cat and both get bored with the same rhythm it goes round and round with. I'd say it would depend on the cat but even my very playful one gets bored with it quickly
hours of cat fun by

A cat toy they actually use. by
tucsoncarol12/28/2011All three of my cats LOVE this toy. I have had it for over a year now, and the only complaint I have is that the batteries die too quickly (it is on for hours every day). I left it on while we left the house one day and when we returned 4 hours later the same cat was still fascinated by it (not playing any more, just laying there and watching it run). If your cats get bored and destructive, this is a great toy for you.
Addictive toy by
Momcat710/18/2011Have been using this toy for two years with 7 cats and have never had a problem. Just be sure their claws are clipped and not to run it when you are not home to supervise (use common sense). Have had to replace the elastic at least once as they have worn it out. Cats have also figured out how to ask to have it turned on and they never get tired of it!

Danger Unless Declawed by
catsafety02/15/2011I totally enjoyed the cats play at my sister's house with her declawed cats. When I followed the directions and observed my cats, I was very grateful I was there. One cat got her claw caught on the string and couldn't disentangle the claw because of it's constant pull. I had some trouble, myself, as I jumped in to help.
