This product is gluten free. I did not realize that gluten was in barley rye many grains.I thought I had removed all the gluten from his diet...In early 2011 my dog developed Idiopathic Head Tremors. I checked his food again and I realized my dogs food contained barley. Once he was on a gluten free diet, the tremors stopped. Lucky guess on my part....Oats are the only grain that is gluten free. Very difficult to find a palatable treat which is also gluten free.
