Your products are fine. Your order process system is not. When ordering product last time after clicking on order the system closed out the screen. The next day had an email from you stating there was a pending order, which was authorized for shipment. Received confirmation for both orders and immediately replied to stop second order. Two days later both orders were shipped and was told to return one for credit. Refused shipment on second order and now awaiting credit. Poor customer service.
