This Kitten Was Trapped In A Storm Drain For 33 Hours... His Rescue Is Incredible!

Piper was trapped in an 8 inch storm drain pipe, just as a storm was coming in, and his rescue was not looking good. Luckily for rescuers, the storm let up, and they were able to rescue this tiny little sweetheart!
