Sentry HC Groom 'N Comb is a wall mounted, self-grooming aid for cats. Groom 'N Comb combines a cat’s love of being rubbed and groomed as well as feline’s natural attraction to catnip. Hosting a refillable compartment for catnip, each comb panel attracts your cat, and grooms with 600 specially-designed grooming teeth as your cat rubs against it. The combs mount easily to the frame, making cleaning the combs and refilling catnip a breeze.
1. Brush your cat with the sentry HC Groom ‘N Comb before installation. This will allow your cat to become familiar with the comb itself.
2. Select a wall or corner for mounting the frame. Adhere four tape pads on the frame, one in each outer corner. To install the frame, position frame at the proper height for your cat and press the tape corners firmly to the wall. Hook the top of the comb on the frame and press the bottom slots onto the frame tabs. Repeat this process for the other comb.
3. To clean loose cat hair from the comb, remove the Sentry HC Groom ‘N Comb from the frame, lower portion first. Wash by hand in warm water using a mild detergent and a stiff brush.
4. To fill reservoir with catnip, remove the comb from the frame and push the reservoir forward from the slot in the back of the comb. Rub the catnip gently to stimulate the aroma prior to filling the reservoir. Your Sentry HC Groom ‘N Comb comes with a supply of the highest grade of catnip. To assure continued acceptance, be sure to refill often with catnip of comparable quality.

I bought 2 of these, my cats don't even go near them
Would think twice... by Mapatter from Marin, Ca01/29/2012
I have purchased this item before. My 2 cats love them. I purchased two of them to replace the old ones that were "rubbed" off. The new ones have smaller adhesive tapes. After one day both fell off the wall. I washed the wall area, dried it completely and held them against the wall for several minutes but they still did not hold for more than a day. I won't be purchasing them again.
cat loves it by cmr from Philadelphia01/12/2012
My cat loves this item. She was trying to use it before i mounted it to the wall. The tape doesn't stick well though. The processing time before the item was shipped was way to long.
Too long to arrive by Susy from New Orleans10/30/2011
Products were what I expected. They just took too long to get here. You coud have shipped using only Postal Service for the same amount of money originally charged and it would have only took 2-3 days using priority mail, but you shipped ground using a combination of carriers. It took 7 days to get to me. I would have even paid the extra for handling. I ended up buying one of the products I ordered at the local pet store.

Could not get it to stick after trying different surfaces.
Sentry HC Groom 'N Comb Self-Grooming Aid with Cat by Vicky from Salem, Oregon03/11/2013
When I first got this product two of my cat's tried it out, but after the first time they did not use again. If buying this product you are taking a chance, because your pet may or may not use it. I tries this product and another self grooming that placed on the corner of wall's and both products were a waste of money, because my cat's will not use them.

Cats love it, just wish it had better tape for holding
They love it! by Cat Lady01/22/2012
My cats love this product and it takes the burden off us to constantly scratch them. I wouldn't use the double face tape provided, as they'd just rub it off the wall. Screws or nails are much better for installation.
