I purchased a costume. I paid for the costume. Three weeks later I recieved an email stating that the costume was not available anymore. I waited about a week and noticed that I had not been refunded. I had to call to ask for a refund and it took 72 hours from that point to get it. VERY POOR SERVICE!

Why even offer for me to give a review on this? I never got the costume! ! I ordered it, went around telling EVERYONE how I was getting my baby girl a monkey costume! I was so excited only to read a week later... 1 week away from halloween thru an email that they have DISCONTINUED the product and I would be refunded. of course I am going to be refunded that goes without saying. I am upset because Entirely Pet let me go so long thinking I was getting the costume. If they had discontinued it I should have not been able to order it, then to get an email confirmation, then to only read a week later I am not getting! SHAME ON YOU Entirely pets! and you didnt even offer me anything in return, I mean it was entirely pets mistake they got my hopes up then DASHed them down they could have offered me something else in return for their error

This is the greatest looking monkey outfit yet! Only problem was it is too short...lesson learned, be sure to measure because this fits the whole dog! I'm ordering a larger size for next year!
