The machine is very good, but the instructions are very minimal. The web site for the product is not helpful either, How to order replacement parts is important but there are no instructions for this either. How to use the machine is not clear. It does have plenty of power. My dogs nails were easily filed. All in all I would not have bought this machine.

Opened this product to use it and it did not work. No power to the tool. Faulty product, was really not expecting that from this name brand product.

My dog hated having his nails clipped. Now, he just lays there and lets me do it. I can do it more often, too. This is an excellent product.
