NatureCALM 24/7 Pheromone Collars for cats are proven to modify behavior. This collar helps cats in fearful or stressful situations [separation anxiety, visitors, other household cats, loud noises, new baby, vet visits, traveling]. The pheromone provides a convenient alternative to diffusers which are limited for use in the confines of a designated room. The calming collar goes where your cat goes, whether it is at home or on the go. NatureCALM 24/7 Feline Calming Collar lasts up to 30 days.
NatureCALM 24/7 Pheromone Collar mimics the pheromone that the mother cat produces to calm and reassure her kittens. Cats recognize these pheromones throughout life. Pheromone behavior collars mimic the natural way to help cats cope with new and fearful situations.
Caution: Remove the collar before shampooing your cat and replace it after the cat's coat is dry. do not us collar on cats with extensive skin lesions.
Directions:
Place collar around pet's neck, adjust to fit cat's neck comfortably. The collar must be worn loosely to allow for growth of the pet and to permit the collar to move about the neck. Generally a properly fitted collar is one that when fastened, will snugly slide over pet's head. Leave 2 or 3 inches for extra adjustment. Cut off the excess portion of the collar. The collar is designed to release powder when applied, which will activate the pheromones. When fresh collar is stretch out it may show an excess of powder. This excess powder is primarily a carrier for the pheromones and is not harmful to the pet. Wash hands after placing collar on pet. Seal collar in plastic bag when not in use to prolong effectiveness.
Bought the first one at the vet. Leo, my Egyptian Mau, likes to scratch and damage his beautiful coat. The NatureCALM is my choice as I do not want to sedate him or give him pills that would change his personality. He does not mind the collar, and it really works.

Best kitty calming collar! by Kitty Mom11/29/2011
My cat, BZ, is a very anxious kitty. I have Feliway diffusers around the house and they help a lot BUT I have seen a marked improvement with the Nature Calm phernome collar.
I had tried another brand and it smelled like some cheap perfume. Neither BZ nor I could stand it but
this collar has no odor I can detect and it has made him so much more calm. I am very pleased with it.
See no improvement by Desperate in Seattle11/01/2011
My older cat is dealing with a new cat that has been introduced into our household....The new cat is NOT a kitten and is really very mellow. Territorial issues are a big issue.
I bought this collar, hoping it would help. I have seen no impact...
The other issue is that this product is advertised as working for TWO months and costs more. When I got the package, it reads "30 days..."
Then, when I opened the collar and straightened it out, it snapped in half! I had to tape it together with duct tape to use it..
Can't Believe It by Liz from New York State06/21/2011
I've got two cats who grew up together who started fighting in the middle of the night on a nightly basis awhile back. Then they started marking and both are neutered. I got some of the Feliway spray and that helped stop the marking, but they're agressive to anxious behavior (we had some bats get in the house and they've both been jumpy and anxious since then) continued. Yesterday I got desperate after a full two hour, ongoing, through-out the house battle, so I called my vet who recommended this product. Costly though it is, I can't speak highly enough of it so far. We saw within an hour or so a definitely more relaxed stance in both cats and we had NO fighting or aggressive behavior at all last night. Finally a night of rest for everyone, including them. I'm hoping that this might help them renew their old buddyship again. I can't speak highly enough of what I've seen so far from this product.
Seems to make him happier by Beth from Kaneohe, HI03/12/2012
I have a high strung, anxious cat and believe that he has calmed down a bit since I dressed him in this collar.
Product Doesn't Work on Aggressive Cat by BJ from Dawsonville, Ga01/16/2012
This product did not make any difference in my aggressive cat. In fact, for the first 2 days it she actually was more aggressive.

Product does a good job. Leo, my 7 yr old Egyptian Mau, overgrooms and scratches. The vet game the choice of medicating him or trying the pheromone collar. He doesn't mind the collar, and his scratching is significantly reduced.

Calm Kitty by AliM from Somerset, NJ05/10/2011
My vet recommended I purchase two of these collars for my cats. My extremely sensitive stressed out male cat was marking in the house because he was being initimated by my very fresh female cat. It did not cure the marking situation but it did make the male less stressed out and the previously aggressive female is now acting sweet. So I'd definitely recommend it to someone who has a cat that bites, scratches or is extremely stressed.
