Wont repurchase by MrsD from PA12/09/2013
I purchased these for my 14 yr old boy with arthritis & stenosis. Upon opening the bag, I discovered that 90% of the *treats* had crumbled into a powder. I don't know if this the nature of the product to crumble easily, or if it is careless handling by EP's order packers. What few were still solid, my boy turned his nose up at, & he eats just about anything. I offered one to my 7 yr old girl, & she sniffed & walked away, as did the rest of the curious kitties I have. This product was an epic fail. I notice that all the treat style supplements EP's sells, always have a problem of one kind or another. Also, EP's needs to communicate by email with customers, when a product is not in stock or is back ordered!! Stop leaving us guessing as to where our order is!!

We're working on it. by Nereid7 from UpState NY09/12/2014
Both my cats have sharp noses and view with suspicion anything that smells like what's good for them re hair ball "relief" or vitamins. Presently, I crush the soft chews into their dry food regardless of their attitudes and by the end of the day, it's eaten. Other strategies are to do the same thing in the canned cat food and maybe even add some chicken stock to it, which they like. So far, no luck with offering the straight chews or the liquid version, but purr-sistance may be the key factor here. TBC
