My dog tends on the lean side on a good day, when we travel she eats even less than normal and gets bony. The extra calories in this product help a lot. I zap the tube in the microwave for about 5-8 seconds to make it easier to dispense. I buy 4-6 tubes at a time so I never run out. This is the best price in store or online that I've found.

Does help by Biosquint from Tucson, Arizona05/01/2012
With 8 cats there seems to always be someone upset with someone else. I started using Quiet Moments gel along with a Feliway Diffuser. I used the diffuse first but it didn't solve the problems completely. So I started giving them the gel just when they were acting up the most, usually after dinnertime. It does help keep everyone in a better frame of mind for several hours after so we can all get to bed without a lot of drama. I would recommend giving the dose in food, not because they won't just lick it up, but because it is very sticky and tends to get all over the place if the cats shake their paw or it just drips. I feed wet food at night so it is easy to just mix it in. If your cats are having issues with each other for whatever reason (as if they need one!), I would definitely give Quiet Moments a try.
Very messy by Kim2012 from Chicago, IL11/11/2011
Perhaps this product would work better if my picky cat would eat it. He prefers the moist calming treats to this paste. Also, the paste is very sticky...I had a very difficult time removing excess paste from clothing (after my cat spit it out). It's back to the moist treats for my picky eater.
OK Stuff by LittleOne from Elkins, WV11/15/2011
I purchased this product hoping it would help eliminate my male cats' improper elimination. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It does make him mad enough to spray in the wrong places. In the most part it works ok, I cannot afford the Comfort Zone products.
I never post online reviews, but felt I had to as this product is getting harder and harder to find (hope it is not discontinued!) -- my two long-haired boy cats BEG for this gel after I groom them every morning. They have very different palates and neither cares much for store-bought cat treats, but getting a few licks of this hairball gel is their favorite time of day. PS one of the cats has zero reaction to catnip or catmint, so I know it is not that ingredient which makes him come running at the sight of the tube cap being opening.
Good for one cat by kare09/17/2013
I have 2 cats. One will take this, but the other cat will not.
Great product, but change container. by mags from WV04/15/2013
I LOVE this product and highly recommend it. My cat hasn't coughed up a hairball since the first month I started giving him this. The only problem is that the mixture doesn't mix well in this container, and the thicker stuff will come out separately from the thinner stuff. I solved this problem by putting it into a small dish with a lid, and my cat simply licks a little out when I offer it to him. He likes the taste so I never have to push it on him. Great stuff!
Natural Herbal Aid by dragnwings from N. Olmsted, Ohio06/07/2012
Overall I am pleased that there is no petroleum products in this item. On the con side it's runny and hard to get the cats to take. I wound up squeezing a bit in their food dish.
My cat hates this by Longtime cat owner06/19/2011
I tried this when I could not find Lax'aire. My cat is used to licking her medicine from my finger and considers it a treat. She tried this once and spent 20 minutes trying to get the taste out of her mouth. I tried again the next day and she got within about 3 feet of me, smelled it, and ran like she does when frightened by thunderstorms.

My cat tried this once and then ran away whenever I tried to give this to her afterward. I think the tuna flavor listed on the ingredient label might be the reason since she doesn't seem to like seafood very much (I always buy food made from chicken instead of fish).

NaturVet Natural Hairball Aid with Catnip by Lori from Ashland, OR08/03/2014
I have been giving my cat this product for years. He is slim and healthy, without hairball problems. he also likes this product on his canned food, for flavor.
the best ever by Jim04/01/2009
I have a persian that will not have anything to do with petroleum products, she loves this and comes right to my lap when she sees the tube. Well worth the money
THIS IS GREAT by SassyNanna08/01/2014
My cat has been craving this stuff ever since I began giving it to her over 2 years ago. She sheds a lot since being an inside cat due to the a/c and when she first starting gagging/coughing I went to Pet Supermarket and bought this product. Since the price kept going up and it does such a terrific job, I wanted to see if I could get it a little cheaper.
Hence, Entirely Pets is my best friend.
If you have a hairball problem, Natural Hairball Aid is the answer for your pet.
Catnip Hairball Formula by Sue39512/01/2011
After reading all the reviews here, I thought I finally found the answer to this problem. My cats love catnip! BUT.....they don't like this. I was so upset when they both hated it. I wish I could return it, but oh well live and learn.
Good Remedy for finicky feline by LeLu's Mamma from Bonney Lake, Washington11/19/2011
My kitty would never eat any of the other hairball medicines I tried. They all had petrolatum and malt as ingredients. I almost gave up until I saw this one without either of these ingredients and with catnip instead. LeLu loves catnip, so I gave it a try. She loves it, I have to get more. It seems to do the trick, no gagging hairballs - making both of us purr...
NaturVet Hairball Medicine with Catnip by Lori from Ashland, OR09/12/2014
My cat has been taking this for 6 years now and loves it. It helps keep hairballs away and is natural too.
Excellent product by Molly03/03/2012
PetCo in town carries this, but most of the time is out of it. Also, since I received this product from you I have noticed that it seems fresher and of a better consistency than what I was able to get in town.
And - after trying 4 or 5 other hairball aids - this was the only one that really helped my cat - she is not throwing up all the time anymore - maybe occasionally - plus she likes it and looks forward to seeing it in her dish once a day.
Captain is a senior citizen. Our beloved Boston Terrier. His pads have become so dry and hard that they are uncomfortable for him on our walks. The foot pad cream has helped soften the pads a lot. I rub it into his pads at night before we go to bed, yes he sleeps with my husband and me, and I have seen a big improvement.
Works Really Well by MeganRae201010/25/2012
The pads on my dog's feet were really dry, if you use it consitantly it works well. We put it on his feet every night while he is laying with us on the couch. The tube has a lot more cream then we thought, a little bit goes a long way.
Pamper your Pooch by Athena from New Jersey06/02/2012
I remember our loved dog, Bruno, when a child--his foot pads were dry and cracked and rough. Must have hurt to get that way. SO, with my boxer I use Tender Foot---she loves the attention as I rub her feet with it. Her pads are silky smooth--and they smell good too. Tender Foot is a part of her routine grooming and she loves it!
We have been using NaturVet Joint Support for over a year on our cat. It works great. He is only 5 years old but has trouble sitting and squatting which can cause litter box overshooting.....if you know what I mean! As long as he gets this product he can sit just fine. The 1st few times we gave it to him he started running around like a kitten. He must have just felt that much better. He likes the taste also. We won't be without it for him.
Sorry you don't make it anymore. by Evie12/29/2012
I ordered it and was then told that it was discontinued. Sadly, it did a great job! I had used it for my cat for a couple of years. It was the best
An Old Cat's New Lease On Life by Kathy04/24/2012
My fifteen year old cat was really on her last legs. She was limping, and having an awful time getting comfortable. She even stopped getting up on the couch. My vet recommended that we try glucosamine and chondroitin before we moved through the tricky process of putting a cat on pain meds. She loves the gel hairball remedies, so this was a perfect product for her. I can't believe the difference! She's been on it for almost two years now, and she's as active and playful as any seventeen year old could possibly be. No pain meds for us!
