I will never purchase anything from entirelypets.com or any other NaturVet product and I spend a lot of money on pet products.
My complaint is that the inner safety seal comes off when you open the cap! I contacted customer support and they sent a replacement which did the same thing. I contacted them again and they said that's how it's supposed to be...the safety seal comes off with the cap. IF that is true then that is not acceptable, I'm not giving my pet anything that could easily have been tampered with. If NaturVet thinks that's okay then I question their integrity and care for the animals. I also must say that if someone can be arrogant via email, I found that to be true with "Michael". All around lousy service, lousy product, lousy communication, etc.

it's easy to use, the dogs like the chewables - and service was FAST!!! Seems to be just what I need for all 3 fur kids!

This was the worse online purchase I ever made. Product's safety seal came off with the cap! Called the company, they sent a replacement, that did the same thing. Sales folks say it's supposed to be that way, well if it is I'm not giving it to my pet. Also, thought the 3rd time might be a charm, about a week now and I still haven't received my 2nd replacement, and that's with priority shipping. Lousy service, arrogant customer service people - via email - would never recommend and will never purchase from again.
