Entirelypets.com processed my web order -- and almost two weeks went by without any communication. When I called them to find out where my order was, (after a really long hold for an operator), they said that they no longer carry this product and tried to sell me something else. I next called Merrick and Merrick said that they do no even sell Texas Toothpicks in boxes of 100 ... so I conclude that Entirely Pets was engaged in a bait and switch. I am never buying anything from entirelypets.com again. I recommend petmountain.com ... which has great customer service.
