Nolvasan Otic Cleansing Solution (16 oz) is for general cleaning of ears of dogs and cats to aid in removal of debris.
Dosage and Administration:
For Use in Cleaning Ears: Apply liberally into the ear canal. Gently massage the base of the ear. Carefully clean excess fluid from accessible portion of external ear with cotton. Repeat one to three times daily, if necessary, depending on condition of ear and amount of debris to be removed.
Active Ingredient(s): Contains special solvent and surfactant.
Nolvasan Otic is outstanding for general ear care as I've used it on water dogs for 15+ years. I purchased along with Foster & Smith brand simultaneous and observed precipitation on the bottom of the F&S brand 1+ years later. Also seems more effective in comparison based on degree of ease to remove waxy exudate from ear. The cost has increased tremendously over the past 3 years and this is certainly the downfall. Overall efficacy is very good.
