I love this product. I was so excited to get it in the mail and when I opened it, I was thrilled to see a coupon for a future purchase on the filters. Then to my diss appointment, it had expired 2 years ago! I called entirely pets and they told me to call the manufacturer whom I can't get a hold of and am pretty bummed that I received a coupon like that to get my hopes up and it's not even valid!

My husband got this recently and it did an AMAZING job of taking the odor out of the entire room! We've always been really sensitive about the smell of the box and now we finally found an answer. Highly recommended - be sure to keep your scoop though, the one included is a little flimsy.

I bought one of these litter boxes to make sure it worked and my cats would use it. I did not even have to introduce them. I filled it with litter, turned it on and they used it exclusively even though I left one of their old litter boxes next to it. It works great -- really keeps the odor down so now I am getting a second one since I have two cats.
