The santa hat fit my bengal cat beautifully. She didn't much care for the hat, but I did. Materials of the hat is of good quality.

I am always 100% satisfied with EP's. Been ordering from them for years & have never had any problems.
When I saw the condition of the Santa hat I ordered, I was shocked that EP's would allow something in that condition to be shipped to a customer. It looks as if someone used it on a dirty pet, then returned it. Needless to say, it wasn't usable. Quality control needs to step up their game.
