PetLac Powder for Puppies is a milk substitute for puppies that don't have access to a gestating mother or puppies that are weaning.

The supplement is also ideal for relieving some of the burden of nursing from post-natal dogs. The powder includes a variety of nutrients and microorganisms to promote health in puppies. Among its benefits is that it makes for a great source of protein for growing dogs that need protein in abundance.

PetLac Powder for Puppies contains only the highest nutritional valued milk proteins. This means that it also contains no soy proteins or other elements which may upset your kittens stomach or be difficult to digest. It's also easy to use requiring only that you mix with water and use a feeding bottle. The powder comes in two sizes, this 10.5 oz size and a 5 lb size. Order PetLac Powder for your puppies today!

    Usage Information

Directions:Gently shake or stir one part of powdered Pet Lac into two parts of warm water. A part is any measuring device you use: teaspoon, tablespoon or cup. Do not use a blender.

All animals should receive their mother's milk for at least 2 days, if possible. The colostrums milk gives extra nutrition and temporary immunity against some diseases. Reconstituted Pet Lac should be fed at room temperature. Reconstituted Pet Lac may be fed at the daily rate of 1 tablespoon (15 mL) per 2 ounces (57 g) body weight. The daily feeding rate should be divided into equal portions for each feeding.

Animals' needs will vary and this amount may have to be increased or decreased, depending on the individual. Larger animals do well when fed reconstituted Pet Lac every 8 hours. Small or weak animals may need to be fed reconstituted amounts every 3 or 4 hours. Weigh the animal 3 times a week to assure adequate feeding.

Consult your veterinarian for advice. Not for human consumption.

When a food supplement is desired, for growing animals or for supplementing large litters, old or convalescent animals, Pet Lac Powder should be used at the rate of 1 teaspoonful per 5 lbs (2.2kg) body weight.

Pregnant and lactating mothers Mix Pet Lac Powder into the daily ration at the rate of 2 tablespoons per 5 lbs (2.2 kg) body weight until 2 weeks after whelping.
