Petosan Toothpaste for Pets Poultry Flavor is specifically formulated for pets to help remove plaque and prevent the build-up of tartar.
Ingredients:
Water, sorbitol, hydrated silica, sorbitol, kaolin, cellulose gum, tetrapotassium pyrophosphate, glycerin, disodium pyrophosphate, sodium saccharin, flavor, sodium benzoate. *Not for human use.

Excellent product!

Using Petosan Toothpaste for Pets every few days to clean my dog's teeth has helped tremendously with the tartar and stains that none of the chew products seemed to have any effect on. I am greatly relieved that his teeth are so much cleaner now. He licks his lips when I say, "Let's brush your teeth", and seems to enjoy the whole process. I just ordered my third tube.

Best toothpaste for dogs

My veterinarian husband introduced Petosan to me--and his clients and patients--many years ago. I've used it on Akitas, Chow Chows and Shar Peis.
My current 2-year-old Wooley Akita is most eager for his teeth-brushing;I have to give him an extra dab as a treat after I've finished brushing!

Dog would not touch it

The worst Poultry toothpaste we have ever bought. Threw the other three tubes away. This is not the product Entirely Pets used to market, this is some off brand and a bad choice for Entirely Pets. Sorry they changed brands. Don't waste your money on this product.

My dog likes the flavor, and it seems to be made by a company that's experienced with canine dental health. It's much less expensive than CET, and it also includes enzymatic tartar control. Would be interested to know whether the tartar control substance is the same that's found in CET.

Not sure what it is about this chicken flavor but my husky loves it. We've tried other brands and she would push the toothpaste out of her mouth but not this flavor.

Cristal is a Cavoodle, seven years old, and she has her teeth cleaned daily. I only have to pick up her toothbrush, say "teeth", and she happily comes to me. The poultry-flavored Petosan toothpaste works well.
