I was not expecting a whole lot for the price but I was very pleasantly surprised when it came. I have other jackets for my pitty mix but they all have velcro that attaches underneath & always comes undone when we are out walking. This one has straps that velcro to each side & then a buckle strap to keep it closed. For once she has a jacket that stays on her plus she looks super cute in pink.
