Platinum Performance Plus Canine is the original Platinum Performance Canine Wellness and Performance formula with additional joint support from an excellent source of nutrients that promotes joint health and help to prevent bone and joint injury.
Specifically, Platinum Performance Plus Canine contains 500 mg glucosamine sulfate per serving and Omega-3 Essential Fatty Acids, which exert anti-inflammatory and chondroprotective effects by reducing the local expression and activity of cytokines, COX-2 enzymes, and aggrecanase. Platinum Performance Plus Canine formula also contains silicon, which is an important trace mineral required for cartilage health.
Recommendations for use:
As a dietary supplement, administer 1 teaspoon for every 10 pounds of body weight (1 tablespoon for every 30 pounds) daily. Can be mixed with food for ease of consumption.

This is an excellent supplement for your dog. It has everything in it, all the essential amino acids, omega 3s, and anti-inflammatories (in the PLUS version only) that keeps my dog healthy, who's going on 15 now. I add it to her already healthy diet to do whatever is possible for her, now that she's older and predisposed to more things.
