Flexible & Fun
from Sacramento, CA12/04/2013
I actually like that the handle of this toy is smaller and more flexible than some. The string even has a little bounce in it. It more accurately mimics a mouse's movements. I hold it so the mouse is just barely touching the floor and drag it 4-5 feet. It sounds a lot like little mice feet and my cat loves to chase it. He's a big one, too, and so far nothing's been harmed (except his ego).
Mouse is great... wand is junk..
from Chester, VT.03/15/2014
We have a very playful (once feral) adult cat who is very bored in this cold, snowy winter, stuck indoors. This bouncy ,squeaky mouse has been a play toy extrordinaire for her... great exercise. The wand is cheaply made and fell apart in short order. However.. the mouse "lives" on and is still giving kitty hours of fun. Worth it just for the mouse.
they love the mouse

My cats love the mouse part, but the wand didn't hold up well. Things that make noise really set my team on fire and this does that! They love the little squeak and will come running.
Not the best quality

The mouse was really cute, but the stick that it comes on kept coming apart. Finally, my son just stuck two of the pieces together and left it at that.
wand keeps falling apart
in theory, this is an awesome toy. Unfortunately, the construction is cheap so when you put together the 3 plastic pipes to create the wand, the connectors don't fit properly and one (or both) pipes falls off whenever I dangle this in front of my cats.
Where is it
I would love to review this product and even more than that I would like to actually receive it!!
I ordered this and some cat treats that have been back-ordered.
Maybe one day.
The handle is a little short and it doesn't squeak all that much, it has to hit a certain way for it to make a noise. It's okay.
They think it's magic

This squeaks when it moves -- like when you toss and jiggle it -- not just when kitty grabs it. So they think it's a real live squeaky animal thing. Half of them are still afraid of it, and the others will sneak up on it when we leave it dangling off the chair, and we hear them pouncing and squeaking away from the other room. Really one of the funnest toys ever, as far as I, a non-cat, can tell.
