Product has consistently been good; however, shipping has become a hassle because Entirely Pets changed the carrier (from UPS to USPS) without telling me. Its critical for people like me who live in a rural area and have 2 addresses - P.O. Box and physical address. The carriers say I'm not allowed to give both addresses (they return it to sender) so I need to know how the product will be shipped so I can give the appropriate address.
