I bought these for our fox red Lab. She is 13 months old and quite a chewer. I have purchased pressed bones for her in the past and have never seen her chew thru them like she has chewed thru these. Also, because she consumed so much of the bone I gave her so quickly it upset her tummy.

I recently purchased 2 of these 10" bones for my 5-year-old lab. I've been giving him compressed rawhide bones for years, and he loves them. They seem to last longer than regular rawhide, and it keeps him busy chewing for hours. Unfortunately, after only a few minutes, this bone had broken in half, creating very sharp and jagged edges. This is not a safe product, in my opinion, as it could have been very harmful if those sharp pieces were ingested. I'm a loyal customer of entirelypets, and have been satisfied with many purchases (all dog products) in the past. However, I would skip these bones and try to find them at a local pet store, instead. I contacted customer service, but they will not return an opened product, and I would have to pay return shipping on the other unopened package, so it's probably not worth the trouble. I would not recommend this product.
