I thought these would be the small twist sticks pictured, but they were ~5 times the bulk of those shown. These are really of no use to me, because my dog has a soft airway and will choke if he tries to chew/swallow this huge glob of rawhide.

I have large dogs who can easily consume a full rawhide bone in less than an hour, but I would prefer they had half bones every couple of days than a full bone once a week. Unfortunately, they don't understand the concept of saving some for later, so these smaller chews are great. I can give them 2-3 depending on the size and they get 10-20 minutes of chewing. Although, I have noticed they prefer the unbleached ones, I wish it was possible to order just a bag of unbleached.
