CAS Options provides a nutritionally concentrated synergistic blend of Reishi, Maitake and Shiitake mushrooms, which are well researched and have been shown in numerous studies to be potent immune enhancers. The proteoglycans and polysaccharides from mushrooms have been shown to nutritionally assist the immune system, reduce inflammation and can stimulate natural killer (NK) and T-helper cell activity. Additionally, this formula includes strong antioxidants found in Coenzyme Q-10, Green Tea and Selenium.
Give 1 tablet twice daily for all cats.
Given orally between meals or crumbled and mixed with moist food. When a cat's immune system is being severely challenged, additional support can be given by doubling the suggested amount for 3 to 6 months.

This product was used by a vet along with ozone therapy to cure her lymphoma cat!
Can't get a much better recommendation than that!
Cats won't touch it by Heather from Louisville Ky01/26/2013
I'm sure it's a great product.... But I can't tell because my kitties won't touch it! I've tried crushing it and putting it in their food even tried just putting a little bit in their food but they stuck their nose up and won't eat. So that's why I am giving the product two stars
CAS Options extending my cat's life by KATHIE from perris, california10/22/2012
CAS Options was prescribed by a holistic vet to strengthen my cat's immune system against an aggresive dental disease, its aggravation of a rhino trachial disorder originating at birth, and chronic inner ear infections. Her titers are "UP" now and require no vaccinations, her final dental surgery arrested the dental disease for good, and ear infections gone. Now needs only daily nasal drops and CAS Options. Now she's a senior cat that will be around for awhile. I have 20 cats, plus 6 at-risk kittens. I grind CAS tabs in spice grinder and sprinkle on ALL THEIR FOOD every day. It gives me confidence that I am doing everything I can for them.
