I ordered the pink snowflake snuggler for my dog for Christmas. I received the wrong color and the wrong size. When I called customer service to ask about sending the correct item, I was told what I had originally ordered was no longer in stock. So, not only do I NOT have the correct item, I have to go to the trouble of sending it back and finding a replacement item somewhere else. Very poor customer service. I probably won't order from this site again.
