Solid Gold Seameal (1 lb.) is a nutritional supplement that contains 60 trace minerals, 12 vitamins, 22 amino acids, digestive enzymes, and flaxseed meal. Excellent for skin and coat problems. When Seameal is added to food, it increases the digestibility of the food.
I have had multiple dogs with allergies over the years, 3 at present. A few years ago I decided to try Solid Gold Sea Meal, and I've been using it ever since. It doesn't "take away" the allergy, that's not possible, but since I've been using it, I don't seem to see as many flare ups and we don't have to visit the vet as often. Used in conjunction with a quality dog food - and a few other things that makes me say my dogs eat healthier than I do! - it really does make a difference.

This supplement is excellent for dogs with digestive issues. Our dog used to throw up frequently and this product has assisted in eliminating that problem. The shipping took an extraordinary amount of time but otherwise, I have no complaints and recommend this product.

Any vet will tell you not to feed milk protein or sugar to an adult cat as it can cause diarrhea. Most adult cats lose the ability to digest milk. This has lactose -- milk sugar -- listed as the last ingredient.
