The sizing chart on this is incorrect. I measured my Shih Tzu as specified and the medium costume is WAY too big. I can wrap the velcro chest strap all the way onto his back. I had to reorder in small. Since they don't allow refunds or exchanges, I have to eat the cost, although their sizing is wrong. Gave it 3 stars, simply because of the sizing issues.
