Glyco-Flex for horses is a nutritional supplement produced from pure Perna Canaliculus, a filter-feeding sea mussel grown in New Zealand that contains all 9 classes of glycosaminoglycans. Glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) are synthesized locally in the horse's body. They are as essential to health as are vitamins, minerals, enzymes and essential fatty acids.
