Directions: To introduce your cat to the toothpaste, apply a small amount onto your finger and allow pet to taste. Next, apply a small amount onto the Petrodex Toothbrush or Finger Toothbrush. Then, gently pull the lips and cheeks up. Begin brushing with short, back and forth strokes at the gumline. Brush only a few teeth the first time. Give a lot of praise during this process. Avoid using human toothpaste on your pet.
We have just started with this product and are at the lick it off the finger phase. The Catkids think it is a treat and line up for it! We will see how the 'brush' phase goes next...We never had this kind of reaction to other 'toothpastes' we have tried, we ended up throwing the others away almost brand new!
