I never received it because it has been back ordered. I canceled my order and ordered another Innotek from some other place that had them in stock. I was very disappointed that no one could tell me they would become available.

We purchased this remote trainer after several other automatic no bark collars. I could not believe how stubborn our dog was with the barking! I was shocked (no pun intended) when the automatic collars didn't fix the problem. We didn't have to use this very long before she caught on and stopped barking. Now we only have to put it on her and she knows not to bark. Amazing!
