Shipping is not free for pet food. The shipping, if the price is above 85.00, it is less. However, it is not calculated in the online invoice order. You need to check the table for shipping cost( check shipping page ) and then call them to correct this charges appropriately.

i thank you for your continuing service as i have 2 male cats , one which is a large cat at 30 lbs and not fat just large to the point he scares people but is extremly docile but has to have this food due to problems with urinary tract problems.without it. thank you very much

My cat had multiple episodes of bladder stones last year that nearly killed him. After thousands of dollars in vet bills, the vet expected that he would continue to have these problems and recommended some pretty radical surgical options. The vet suggested this food as a last ditch effort. Knock on wood-we haven't had a single problem in a years time on this diet (no extra snacks on the side). It doesn't smell great and gives the cat similar breath, but he is happy and healthy now, and of course, that's all I care about.

This food works perfectly. It has saved me hundreds of dollars in vet bills and has saved my cats a lot of pain! Urinary problems in cats can be potentially life threatening and since I started using this food we've had no problems! I have tried other brands and they don't work anywhere near this well and my cats LOVE the taste.

My cat Princess normally turns her nose up at the specialty food I buy her, which is a problem because she needs food for a cat prone to UTIs. But she loves the Royal Canin IVD Veterinary Diet Urinary SO dry food, so if she had thumbs she would give it four thumbs up.
