The vet prescribed this cat food and it really helped my cat, Dobby. He is now back to his normal weight and feeling good again.
My finicky cat loves this food by Phil from Orlando FL04/24/2012
My cat Princess normally turns her nose up at the specialty food I buy her, which is a problem because she needs food for a cat prone to UTIs. But she loves the Royal Canin IVD Veterinary Diet Urinary SO dry food, so if she had thumbs she would give it four thumbs up.
Best food ever by Lawnmoo from Washington state09/25/2013

My cat likes it by catlover12/19/2013
I was wary of whether my cat would like the taste of a veterinary diet, but fortunately he likes this one.

Never recieved the shipment by CatsRUs07/27/2014
I placed the order over a month ago and had to contact Entirely Pets 4 or 5 times. They just kept telling me it would ship for Royal Canin "pretty soon". I finally got a tracking number but when I just tried to track it, it shows that the number is invalid. And now I got an email asking me to review it. OK. The product is a fine product if you can get it.
Low quality ingredients but effective by Elena from Nor cal02/05/2014
I've been using this food for years for my old cat. He kept getting blocked with urinary crystals and he doesn't like canned food. This food has a high sodium content so which makes the cat want to drink more h20. He hasn't had any reoccurrences since I put him on it. I just wish the ingredients were a higher quality rather than all the fillers. He likes the taste. It's not exactly cheap but it certainly follows through with its promise of prevention. This food is a prescription and should be fed to cats with crystals/ urinary problems only.
royal canin so by 8catlady from Bountiful, Utah09/27/2013
I have 8 cats. It is difficult to feed one cat a
special diet. I was so worried when one cat had
extensive surgery for urinary blockages. His
surgeon told us to feed him SO. It's actually affordable from Entirely Pets. I decided to feed it to them all. Most specialty diets are not interesting to cats but to my surprise, they all love it. Please don't stop selling it!
Has saved my kitty by Stephanie11/24/2009
My cat had multiple episodes of bladder stones last year that nearly killed him. After thousands of dollars in vet bills, the vet expected that he would continue to have these problems and recommended some pretty radical surgical options. The vet suggested this food as a last ditch effort. Knock on wood-we haven't had a single problem in a years time on this diet (no extra snacks on the side). It doesn't smell great and gives the cat similar breath, but he is happy and healthy now, and of course, that's all I care about.
Worth the price by Heather08/20/2008
This food works perfectly. It has saved me hundreds of dollars in vet bills and has saved my cats a lot of pain! Urinary problems in cats can be potentially life threatening and since I started using this food we've had no problems! I have tried other brands and they don't work anywhere near this well and my cats LOVE the taste.
So far, so great! by RoxnRaz from Florida10/02/2014
My 9 year old cat recently began having urinary issues, the first time on Sept. 24th, in which I was able to keep him comfortable at home and help him with some research prior to getting him to the E-Vet. He was miserable when it first started... thank god for the research and home remedies... otherwise there was a good chance this instance would have taken him, he was in so much pain. This visit was our discovery of the bladder crystals, though it seemed minimal. He was much better by the time we had gotten to the vet (as I was working with a local resource to get some financial help for him). He blocked again, about 2 weeks later.... though the onset began about a week after the first, this one not as bad. I didn't wait. He went back to the vet, when he came home from the vet, he began shedding chunks of blood, it was terrifying.... so back to the vet. After keeping him for about 4 days, they switched him over to this diet vs. the CD rx diet that was initially suggested. This time they confirmed the crystals as struvite, but it was becoming a sludge.. Once he came home, I mixed this with water for him, and I have not had an issue since.... no signs of relapse, certainly no blood covered bathroom. He is happy, and urinating nice, clear diluted urine. This diet is a miracle, it it weren't for this food, my poor buddy would not have made it. We are both extremely grateful to have an option that works, for his urinary tract and taste-buds :) Highly recommended for cats with reoccurring FLUTD.

Good prevention for our urinary problem cats by Snoop07/20/2013
We have English short hair cats that are prone to urinary tract issues. Never had a problem with them and have been using Urinary SO for years.
Great product by Tree from Luxemburg, Wi06/26/2013
Excellent food for my older cat with a history of urinary infections. Would much rather preventive special cat food than weekend emergency vet visits. Plus the added stress on him was harmful to him. He also prefers this over other cat foods when both are put out.

My cat was scheduled for surgery due to urinary tract blockage. After using Royal Canin IVD for three weeks the surgery was cancelled and my cat is feeling just fine. It is now about 9 months hence.

Excellent product by Graycats from Florida10/23/2012
My vet recommended this food after one of my cats had a UTI. That was a few years ago now and I continue to use this food for all my cats. They love it and it keeps them healthy. It's a little more costly than some cat foods, but when you consider your pet's health, I'd rather be safe than sorry. I'm on auto-delivery with EntirelyPets and have had great service. I'd recommend them highly.
A must by Dolly from East Northport,NY11/03/2013
One of my cats is prone to kidney stones, so my Vet recommended Royal Canin SO for her. Since I have multiple cats, it is not feasible to have different dishes, with different food, as she would eat that. So all my cats are on the Royal Canin. All three of them love it, and if I should run out of it for whatever, reason, and I give them something else, they won't eat it. I was on auto delivery, but it ended up to be too often. So, I order it online as needed. It always arrives in a timely manner and I have never had a problem with the food, or its delivery.
My Cats Like This Food by SLW from Los Angeles, CA09/05/2014
My vet recommended these kibbles for one of my cats, and fortunately it has helped lower his calcium level. I'm happy that all my cats enjoy eating this because frequently cats do not like food that is recommended for health reasons.
Excellent diet for cat with kidney issues by KF01/18/2012

Urinary SO Royal Canin by Nancy from Clinton, MD04/01/2013
It is good that one can order this product online if your cat has to eat this food for its urinary problems. It is a better price and you can get it sent directly to your house, saving you a trip to the vet. My vet is far away so it is wonderful to be able to get this shipped to my home.
