How Urinase Enzymatic Works:
The Urinase Enzymatic triple action formula utilizes bacteria, enzymes, odor suppression (OST) and surfactants.
Scientifically formulated for use in areas whre pet soiling and build-up of malodors reside. Urinase Enzymatic is a synergized blend of selectively adapted microorganisms that provide maximum breakdown and removal of organic substances. Urinase Enzymatic is non-toxic and biodegradable, works without the use of dangerous bleaches, harsh acids or corrosive chemicals.
Urinase Enzymatic provides immediate and permanent odor relief upon contact with our exclusive Odor Suppression Technology (OST). Attacks and destroys organic malodor.
Urinase Enzymatic eliminates types of spots and odors such as urine, vomit, feces, grease, blood, etc. Urinase Enzymatic works best on carpeting, hard surface flooring, furniture and upholstery, bedding crates, carriers and cages, kennels, dog runs, horse trailers, stables, marking areas, litter boxes, cars and trucks adn other areas where stubborn spots and odors reside. Also aids in housebreaking pets by eliminating the residual odors that 'trigger' marking instincts.
Directions for use:
Shake well before using. Test carpet fabrics for colorfastness prior to use. Remove excess urine by wiping or other method, saturate contaminated area with Urinase Enzymatic. Blot with a dry towel until no transfer occurs. Repeat if needed. Follow with water rinsing if needed, allow to air dry.
On carpeting, use enough Urinase Enzymatic to penetrate carpet and padding through to sub-flooring. For best results, Urinase Enzymatic must contact with all contaminants. Re-apply as needed.
Bacteria and enzymes, odor suppressant (OST) and surfactants suspended in an aqueous solution.
This is the best product of its kind I've tried so far. It has a clean, fresh scent that isn't overpowering like some others, and it really does totally eliminate all traces of odor. I also find it leaves less residue when sprayed on hard surfaces like tile. I have ten cats so I use a lot of this stuff. I can't promise it will keep your cat from respraying, though. If a cat likes a certain spot, nothing will. But at least you can reduce the chances by eliminating the odor from previous spraying. I'm very happy I found this. It keeps my house livable.
Didn't work at all by linder from Tennessee07/08/2012
Did exactly as the instructions said and my kitten still insisted on using the carpet in our living room.
Excellent product! by Deejay02/28/2012
My 7 year old miniature dachsund is house broken - when she chooses to be, which is about 50% of the time. She is very discreet, so I rarely realize what she has done until the odor appears.
This is the only product of this type that I have found actually lives up to its claims! Not only does it quickly eliminate stains and odors, but it is incredibly easy to use.
Good product by Jan from Missouri10/29/2011
Took 2 coatings but worked great. Very satisfied with the results.
I absolutely love this product. Some other urine removing liquids might work better on smooth surface but don't do the job when it comes to uneven surface with pores and grooves. I can still smell urine after using other products. With my dog son getting into a funny habit of rushing into bathroom at 3am every day for poos and pees, I wouldn't risk leaving the urine there till I get up as it will all be sucked into the floor pores. This product is excellent as I find no trace of smell in my floor. Highly recommend.
EXCELLENT PRODUCT! by MrsD. from Erie, Pa10/21/2011
This product does what it says! I have tried EVERY product on the market, & none of them work like Urinase to get rid that odor. You spray it on the area you cleaned, let it dry, & the smell is gone! Newly neutered males I rescue will still urine mark once in awhile, & no product I cleaned with would erase the odor completely. I sprayed the area with Urinase after cleaning & I did not know it had been urine marked. Urinase works, indoors & out! Kudos to EP's for their super fast shipping, & great customer service!
Can Breathe Again! by elegalred from Cooper City, FL02/08/2013
I have 2 male cats and the younger one started spraying -(trying to be alpha) on my leather couch. I tried everything to get the stink out and was ready to throw out the couch. I tried urinase on some old spots and it actually got the stinky smell out. At least I can sit on the couch now!
Urinase Works and Smells Great by Monte from New Jersey04/18/2013
I've tried all of the cleaners that are out there for pets over the years. And yeah, they sort of work. But this one clearly outperforms. I like that this is all natural, unlike others that are all chemical. I really like that this stuff can't hurt my pets (and I'm not gonna let them drink it). I had this deeply set in dried in crud that my doogie must have dropped, or thrown up and did it in a corner behind furniture--very skillful guy that he is. Had to soak it for a while, even a little bit overnight. This stuff worked. I really like that it smells like something good, they don't say what, but it's sort of fruitylike.

*i'm the first reviewer!* I bought a bottle of Urinase to see how well it worked, IT WORKS FANTASTIC! I have a 17 year old Iguana who does his #1&2 at the same time (like all reptiles and birds). This quickly dries and by the time i'm home is stuck to the hard wood floor. I soaked the 'spot' and let it sit for 2-3 minutes. I noticed the iguana odor came back as expected, then I quickly wiped it up with a couple paper towels. All that was left was the slight fragrance of the Urinase. I like that it's natural and I don't have to worry about Turk crawling around in chemicals like the Windex (can I say that?).
Great smelling cleaner by Dave from S. California06/25/2013
This is a great smelling cleaner. Oh yeah and it works real good too. Doggie did something he shouldn't have and we didn't find it for a while cause it was dried and caked solid. Let it soak. Really was worried about discoloring the carpet. No prob. Had to apply it a second time but all that junk is now gone. The ingredients looked pretty good too. I'd recommend it to you.
