URINASE Odor & Stain Eliminator is a triple-action formula made from a proprietary blend that works on the molecular level to absorb, counteract and neutralize malodor. There is no need to pre-treat affected areas before applying Urinase. Unlike enzymatic products, Urinase is effective after soaps and detergents have been used.
Directions: Remove excess urine by wiping or other method. Apply to affected area; let dry.
Tips for best results: Use liberal amount (1 to 1 ratio of Urinase to pet urine) to ensure contact with all affected area. This ensures contact with all odor molecules. Spot test before using.

This product does what it says! I have tried EVERY product on the market, & none of them work like Urinase to get rid that odor. You spray it on the area you cleaned, let it dry, & the smell is gone! Newly neutered males I rescue will still urine mark once in awhile, & no product I cleaned with would erase the odor completely. I sprayed the area with Urinase after cleaning & I did not know it had been urine marked. Urinase works, indoors & out! Kudos to EP's for their super fast shipping, & great customer service!
