Bought this to replace the in-tank filter that came with an aquarium setup. Followed instructions for setting it up to the letter. After 2 days, noticed the level in the tank had dropped about an inch. Topped it off. Next day, 2 inches. Finally discovered it leaking from the pump assembly. Removed pump assembly (per instructions) and reseated o-ring. Worked fine for a week then the water began disappearing again. After the 3rd occurrence, the filter went in the trash. Glad I kept the one that came with the tank...
