Excellent Light, Excellent Service, Shipping and $ by BaltimoreTortGuy from Baltimore, MD10/29/2012
I am 32 years old and have been keeping Tortoises and exotic turtles since the ripe age of 14. When I was 15 my mother, god bless her, let me install a 600 gallon pond and a tortoise pen in the Laundry room. I used to use HPS bulbs to acheive the appropriate specturm and lebels of D3 that they need to metabolixe the calcium. I knew that things had changed when I bought my daughter a Sulcatta baby for her 7th birthday (really my present but it is "hers") and I saw one of these bulbs on display at a local Petco- FOR $50.00! I could go back to a 400 Watt MH or HPS for that kind on money. Well, I used my APP and foudn Entirely Pets. Half the price with excellent service and it was so excellent that even after ordering the bulb later than I should have, it arrived about 3 hours after the tort. Thsi company is excellent to deal with and their prices are unbeatable. This bulb is like no other UVB bulb out there. I've been in the hobby for a long time, kept reef aquariums, every king of Exotic Old World Chameleon that we are allowed to have and always wanted a good bulb to mimic the sun. This one does the trick without heating up too much (actually very little) and giving a look that makes your enclosre a source of pride for the caretakers of the juvenile. He loves ift and as soon as it is turned on he is out there baskign in the sun. I would recommend this partcular builb to any real friend and put up a good argument why they shoudl buy it. Thank you Enirely Pets!
