Ark Natruals Flea Flicker, Tick Kicker. This spray provides a safe, botanical alternative for sensitive pets. When sprayed onto the coat and rubbed in it repels fleas, ticks, and mosquitos without irritating sensitive skin. Some pets have skin sensitivities to commonly used topical flea and tick medication. Flea Flicker, Tick Kicker does this without the use of pyrethrin, citronella, cedar leaf or lemongrass, which means all the protection without harsh additives. Dogs are cute. Cats are cute. Fleas? Not so much.

Key Benefits

  • An easy-to-use spray naturally repels and kills fleas, ticks and mosquitoes on contact.
  • Eco-friendly and natural botanicals help to repel and destroy biting insects without chemicals.
  • Leaves a fresh scent, unlike most sprays that contain unappealing chemicals.
  • Works without pyrethrin, citronella, cedar leaf or lemongrass.
  • Gentle formula is great for dogs with sensitivities.

Geraniol, Eugenol, Peppermint, Water, Isopropyl Alcohol, Glycerine.

Useful Information

Shake well. For dogs and cats 12 weeks old and older.

Dog use. Spray on dog's dry coat until the coat is damp. Effectiveness does not require coat to be saturated. Avoid spraying dog's eyes, face, mouth or genitals. Massage product into the dog's coat. Use one time a week or as needed.

Cat use. We recommend spraying between shoulder blades only, as cats self groom - spraying between the shoulder blades limits their ability to lick the ingredients. Massage product in the shoulder blade area. Effectiveness does not require coat to be saturated. Use one time a week or as needed.

Herbal flea and tick products like Ark's Flea Flicker! Tick Kicker Tend to have fewer adverse reactions. That being said, all products that are formulated to rid pets of fleas and ticks pose a % of risk. The ingredients in Flea Flicker! Tick Kicker! are labeled as GRAS (Generally Regarded As Safe) ingredients by the EPA and FDA. Generally means generally. It doesn't mean it's a 100% safe solution for every dog and cat. It means the incidence of problems with the ingredients in Ark's product fall into a low range. Typically herbal products used correctly pose less of a risk with dogs than cats. Remember to follow the instructions on the bottle, do not saturate the pet, and do not spray on face or genitals. Keep out of reach of children.

Important Information

Fleas rise to the top of your pet's coat as they die, so consider it a triumph if you start seeing more fleas at first, after treating your pet. If you're still seeing fleas after application, it may be because your pet has picked up new fleas from the environment, which may include other pets, surfaces and outdoor areas. It may take up to 30 days to break the entire flea life cycle. Additionally, you should also treat sources of new fleas (i.e., carpet, yard, etc.) to ensure complete flea control.

Product is good

What I like about this product is that it's not filled with chemicals. So much better for my Cat. It smells a little strong when you first put it on but then it's very tolerable. It takes a few applications to start working but seems to do a good enough job.

Not So Kickin'

First time we used this on our 6 dogs, it rained for like 4 days, so we felt it got washed off. We saw a couple of fleas and dampened our dogs' fur once again with this spray. We really wanted this to work, especially being natural and made in the USA! The pumping does get tiresome after awhile, and it is difficult to try to cover everywhere yet avoid the eyes, mouth, and genitals. The smell is very strong at first. It is not unpleasant, just strong. When you get a lot on your skin, it heats up similarly to having a heat rub on your hands which goes away after awhile. We got an opportunity to spray a flea directly, which it claims to kill them on contact. I will say the little bug stopped, seemed to almost play dead, but then started moving again. He might've been moving slower than usual, but he certainly did not die. The biggest disappointment however came the very next afternoon, barely 12 hours after application. I was looking around on my dogs and found at least 2 more fleas running around just fine! We have medium-sized dogs and estimate after covering all of them each twice, we only have enough left for 1 application for 1 dog, but it doesn't seem that it will do much good.
