Somewhat hard to use

While I have only used the device outside in the winter, I have found it hard to grasp the ball and launch it well under these conditions. Perhaps I will find it more to my liking in the summer. I would say that sometimes I can launch the ball as advertised.
The videos on the site do not illustrate the use of the device adequately, especially the ability to not have to bend over all the way. However, one must bend quite a ways to latch on to the ball.

Would be perfect, except ...

This ball launcher works great for launching a tennis ball and works flawlessly. The problem is the tubing doesn't last very long. After maybe two months it broke where it connects to the wire frame. Contacted the company - the only option is to order their replacement tubing/pouch for $10 plus.
